For this dream event we have also secured a befitting venue, The Hexagon - a multi-purpose theatre and arts venue with a magnificent architecture and acoustics. It is located in Reading, close to the train station and also easily accessed across the M4 corridor by road. Extensive parking is available at Broad Street Mall next door.
A few important points about the booking:
Given the venue capacity and formation along 3 levels (stage level, balcony and upper balcony), we present you 5 seating tiers which reflect the patron viewing experience on proximity to stage and line of sight.
Please note that all musical content will be in Hindi.
Our usual ticketing principles will follow - i.e. we start bookings with a time limited Early Bird offer, which provides the best price and front seats within the Tier.
The reservation system allocates seats within a Tier strictly on the order / timestamp of booking, so early bookings will get the front rows and it subsequently progresses to the rear and wings as relevant to Tier.
Given the event size, patrons MUST BOOK TOGETHER TO SIT TOGETHER (we strictly cannot accommodate requests for joint seating later).
As always, we operate on a no cancellation, no refund policy for the bookings (although in extreme cases you may transfer it to a friend upon informing us and updating the patron details).
The Tiers are clearly labelled in the venue layout map appended below - so audiences may refer to this and the ticket prices and make their own seating choices.
