The festive quarter of the year has truly begun now with Navratri / Durga Puja events in full swing, so firstly here’s wishing all our I for India patrons the very best on this festive season !!

The next few weeks and months will see the festivity build up with Halloween, Diwali, Christmas and New Year. We would also like to update you on our upcoming 3 events in this festive quarter - Diwali Dhamaka, Christmas markets visit to Lille on a private hire Eurostar travel experience and our grand finale for the year… New Year Eve extravaganza.

1. Diwali Dhamaka 2016: Dinner, Dance & SPECTACULAR FIREWORKS SHOW !!!

Our Diwali event plans are progressing very well and we have also had a sizeable amount of reservations come through already. Please book your places now and don’t delay any further as we only have a limited capacity at the venue on a first paid, first served basis.

We are also pleased to inform you that the event will be graced by the High Commission of India, with Mrs. Madhu Sethi, First Secretary Education and International Organisation being our guest for the evening. This is a great honour for the entire I for India community so thanks again for your support !

So please mark your diaries for a fun filled evening with your family and friends including dinner, dance, music, karaoke singing and ofcourse the highlight of the evening to celebrate Diwali in true Indian style…a stunning and professional fireworks display !!

2. Lille Christmas Markets visit: Eurostar private coach trip

Our annual Christmas Markets visit has gone International this year !! We will travel in style in private and exclusive coaches on the Eurostar on a return trip to Lille, which has one of the largest Christmas markets in France. The outline program is as follows:

Saturday, 10^th December 2016 - OUTLINE PROGRAM:

• Outbound : St Pancras International to Lille (@08:58 arrival 11:30)
• Spend the day in Lille Christmas markets
• Return : Lille to St Pancras International (@20:30 arrival 21:30)

PRICING and payment options:

• Infants upto 4 yrs may travel free (in parent’ lap, no separate seat)(Born after 10 Dec 2012)
• Child (4 -12 years) : £ 60 (or £15 non-refundable deposit payable now)(Born after 10 Dec 2004)
• Adult (above 12 years) : £ 80 (or £20 non-refundable deposit payable now)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BOOKINGS:

1. If you have made a part payment, please pay the balance amount before 15th October to confirm your place (we need to pay Eurostar in full now so please do hurry up!)
2. As mentioned earlier, the part payment is non-refundable so any of you with a change in plan please arrange to swap with someone you know.
3. If we do not receive full payment from you by 15th October, you will have your seats forfeited without any refunds or cancellation.

3. New Year’s Eve Extravaganza: Limited time Special Offer

As with last year, this will be our biggest event of the year to bring the community together, both our veterans and newbies! The New Year Eve extravaganza will be a grand finale to our 2016 events and we have reserved Nakshatra, the ideal venue for this event. For those of you who haven’t been, Nakshatra is a stunning hall that can host over 400 persons, in a privately gated and sprawling yet secluded property, with plenty of car parking space and accessed easily from M4, M3 & M25 areas.

With the venue now secured, we are focusing on the other arrangements for the event such as catering, variety entertainment for adults and children, games, prizes, etc. As always, we are working to get some great event partners to provide a really memorable and fantastic event this year too.
